But fitting in time for Self Care can feel challenging and often comes last on our list. This workshop will offer you a few Ayurvedic Self Care practices that are easy to incorporate and share some tips for carving out that important time.
Ayurveda’s holistic view of Self Care - which includes body, mind and spirit - can reset our entire approach to the way we give our energy to others and how we fill ourselves back up.
We will also explore some simple lifestyle changes and Ayurvedic practices that will reset your relationship with sleep so that you are able to fall into deep sleep quickly and feel alert and joyful when you wake up.
